Preparation
Step 1
Defrost wrapper in the refrigerator until fully thawed.
Step 2
Lightly roll out the dough with a rolling pin to desired thinness.
Step 3
Place 1-2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold into a traditional manti shape, sealing the edges tightly.
Step 4
Dip the bottom of each manti into cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Step 5
Place in a steamer and cook over boiling water for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Serve hot with sour cream or your favorite sauce.
