Moisten the edges with water.

Fill in the center, lift the edges, and pleat them tightly, twisting at the top to seal.
Step 5
Trim excess dough at the top for a neater look.
Step 6
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add khinkali and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 8-10 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
